1. Information We Collect

CineDrop Studio operates primarily as a local desktop workstation utility. We collect minimal operational data including:

User Registration Data: Name, studio name, email address, and role submitted during application onboarding.
Hardware Verification Fingerprint: A cryptographic, non-reversible local hash based on hardware configuration to validate studio license validity and machine-locking.

2. Google Drive API & OAuth Scopes

CineDrop Studio accesses the user's Google Drive via official Google OAuth credentials strictly to perform high-speed media transfers initiated by the user.

Local Direct Transfer: All media files (video clips, project files, sound assets) are transferred directly between your Google Drive storage and your local workstation storage.
Zero Intermediary Storage: Neither CineDrop Studio nor RSE Post Production House stores, views, analyzes, or routes your media files through third-party servers.
Token Storage: OAuth authorization tokens are stored exclusively on your local workstation within application-secured configuration files.

3. Limited Use Disclosure

CineDrop Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Retention and Security

We do not retain, rent, or sell your personal or project data. All local telemetry logs and audit logbooks remain strictly on your local disk drive unless exported by the user.
